use | reduced golden RK is mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton, viscose fiber, silk, polyester, vitamin cotton and polyester cotton. Because it is a severely brittle dye, it is mostly used for color matching and also used to make organic pigments. |
production method | using reduced golden GK (C.I.Vat Yellow 4) as raw material, bromine is added for bromination until the bromine content reaches about 28%. 21kg 10%-13% fuming sulfuric acid, 1.82kg of reduced golden GK, 0.1kg of iodine, 0.07kg of sodium nitrite and 1.3kg of bromine were added to the reaction pot and brominated at 85-90 ℃. Dilute with water, filter and wash with water to obtain finished products. |
